Ketche was born out of a specific need: to create perfectly fitted sleeves for every MacBook model — something the market lacked at the time. We transformed that idea into a full-fledged brand by designing and producing tailor-made laptop sleeves, later expanding the product range with handbags to reach a wider audience. From product design and material sourcing to packaging, e-commerce infrastructure, logistics, and marketing, we handled every aspect of Ketche’s journey. Today, Ketche operates with a strong identity, loyal customer base, and the capacity to deliver locally and globally, all through its own optimized e-commerce platform.

Ketche was born in 2016 out of a clear market gap: Apple had six different MacBook sizes, but the market only offered two generic sleeve options — all too bulky for the slim and minimal design of MacBooks. We designed perfectly tailored sleeves for every individual model, offering both precision and elegance. This set the foundation for a product-first, design-driven brand.
A to Z Design & Brand Development
We managed the entire creation process: technical drawings, fabric selection, production, packaging, custom boxes, brochures, and tags — all were uniquely developed for Ketche. We also expanded the product line with a versatile handbag to reach non-MacBook users, ensuring inclusivity without compromising the brand’s identity.
E-Commerce & Scalable Growth Strategy
Instead of physical stores, Ketche was positioned as a digital-native brand with a streamlined e-commerce infrastructure. This minimized operational costs while enabling us to reach more customers across regions. Strategic advertising on Meta and Google brought millions of views, boosting brand awareness and customer loyalty. Many returned for repurchases or made Ketche their go-to gift brand.
